The Raider baseball team opened their season at home last Tuesday with an 8-3 loss to the Knights of Southwood. Blake Surface started on the mound for SHS. He gave up 6 runs, 4 earned in 3.2 innings and took the loss. He was relieved by sophomore Dylan McDaniel in the 4th. McDaniel gave up 6 hits and the final 2 Knight runs.Tanner Goff and Surface led the offense, both going 2 for 3 with an RBI.
