The Raiders and Tigers were very competitive on Tuesday but the Raiders prevailed by a count of 4-1. Clay Conner continued his mastery at #3 singles with two 6-0 set wins. The #2 doubles team of Landen Mathes and Will Jennings were almost perfect. They lost just a single game in the first set in their match.

Each of the other matches were three setters with the Raiders coming out on top at #2 singles and #1 doubles. Luke Waggener dropped the first set 4-6 before rallying back to take the next 2 sets 6-0 and 6-2. The #1 doubles team of Calyb Toffolo and Stephen Myers won the first set and the third set 6-0 but dropped the second set 4-6.

The Raider loss was a bitter battle as well. Senior Lance Holdren battled in 3 sets, winning the first 6-3, dropping the second 6-6 (9-7 tiebreaker) and 4-6.

The Raiders take on Muncie Central tonight.
