Senior Tanner Goff pounded out 4 hits in his 6 at bats to help SHS to their first win of the season. Goff had 3 singles and a triple, scored 4 runs and drove in 5 to lead th Raider offense. Also with multi-hit games for SHS: Wyatt Lowder (2 for 5, 4 runs, 2 RBI), Blake Surface (2 for 5, 3 runs, 2 RBI), and Jobe Robinson was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI). Connor White, Cole Hughes, and Jobe Robinson also had extra base hits for the Raiders with Robinson’s being a triple.

Carson Brookbank evened his record at 1-1 with 3 strong innings in relief of starter Jasper Campbell. Brookbank gave up 1 run and struck out 3 and did not walk a batter in his 3 inning stint.
