The Raiders dropped a road game to Lapel 11-10 last Wednesday at Lapel. The Bulldogs scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th to snatch the victory from SHS. Starting pitcher Lucas Mills couldn’t hold the early lead he was spotted as he gave up 7 runs in 1 and 2/3 innings. Kaden McCollough gave up 4 hits and an unearned run in his first appearance of the spring before giving way to the hard luck losing pitcher Carson Brookbank. Brookbank gave up 6 hits over 3 plus innings and 3 runs, only 1 of which was earned.

Leading the offensive effort for the Raiders were senior Blake Surface and junior Jasper Campbell, each with 2 hits. Surface had a home run and a double, scored 2 runs and drove in three. Campbell had a single and a double and drove in 2 runs.
