Gabe Lowder ran for 3 touchdowns (10, 37,33) to help lead Shenandoah’s JV to a 46-0 season opening win over Wes-Del. SHS also got TDs from Noah Bowen (5, 7 yd runs) and QB Carson Brookbank (64 yd run). AJ Demick, Evan Fries, Bo Surface, Brookbank and Bowen scored 2 pt PATs to round out the scoring.
The defense played great as well in earning their first shutout of the season. The Raiders forced several turnovers as well as recovering an “unintentional” on-side kick.
