The Raider JV defeated Hagerstown on Monday at home 28-0. Sophomore Carson Brookbank led the charge for the Raiders, scoring 3 touchdowns and passing for a 2 point conversion. Brookbank opened the scoring in the first quarter with a 9 yard run. That PAT failed and the Raiders led 6-0. In the second quarter, Raider offensive lineman Kolbey Siler picked up a teammate’s fumble and ran it in from 15 yards out. Brookbank connected with AJ Demick for the 2 point PAT.

After halftime, both defenses stiffened, leading to a scoreless third period. In the fourth quarter, Brookbank capped off his big night with a 30 yard TD run and a 75 yard interception return on the games’ final play. Noah Bowen added a 2 point conversion after Brookbank’s run.
