Lady Raiders to Battle Familiar Foe in Sectional Friday Night

8 Wrestlers Advance to Regional—-3 are Sectional Champions

The Raiders went to Tri last Saturday for the opening round of the IHSAA state wrestling tournament. In all, 8 wrestlers will be moving on for SHS to next Saturday’s Regional in Richmond. Wrestling begins at Richmond’s Teirnan Center at 9:30am. Cost for the day is $7. 3 Raiders will be advancing as sectional champions!

Kenzie Williams signs with Anderson University!!

Shenandoah senior softball pitcher Kenzie Williams has signed her letter of intent to continue her softball career with the Anderson University Ravens. Kenzie has been the ace of Shenandoah’s staff for the last 2 years and is looking forward to her senior season here. We wish Kenzie all the best in her efforts!!

Wrestlers Begin Sectional Action Saturday January 27th

The Shenandoah Wrestling Team, coming off of their Conference championship last Saturday, will travel to Tri High School for the sectional round of the IHSAA State Tournament. Girls Sectional Starts Tuesday January 30th

The IHSAA state basketball tournament will begin with sectional play beginning next Tuesday January 30th at Triton Central High School in Fairland, Indiana. The girls received a first round bye and will not play until Friday February 2nd at 6pm. Admission to the tournament is $6 per session or $10 for an all session pass.

Boys Team to Make Up Game With Union County

The boys JV/Varsity basketball game originally scheduled for January 12th will be made up on Saturday February 3rd. The JV game will begin at noon with the varsity game to follow. This will allow fans to attend the girls sectional championship game at Triton Central that evening, should the Raiders be fortunate enough to advance.

GBB Wraps Up Regular Season Thursday Night

The Shenandoah Lady Raiders will finish their regular season schedule with a trip to Wapahani on Thursday January 25th. This is an important game for the Raiders as they to a win will carry them into sectional play next week. The Raiders drew a bye in the sectional and will likely have a rematch with
