Game Recap

Mt. Vernon defeated our Raiders tonight by a 3-0 count on SHS’s senior night. Between the JV and varsity matches we were able to honor manager Katie Cooper and players Hallie Holbrook, Lexie Wensel, and Brianna Tapscott. These four ladies have been instrumental in winning 2 straight sectionals and 4 Henry County championships during their careers.

Great job by all tonight as the Raiders played MV tough before falling. The Raiders travel to Union County for an very strong 8 team tournament on Saturday. Sectional play will begin one week from Thursday at Eastern Hancock and will see the Raiders taking on Triton Central in the 2nd match that evening.
