Game Recap
Junior Varsity Raiders gave the Lapel Bulldogs a run for 3 quarters, but fell short in the fourth. Kara Lutz (Lapel) led all scorers with 20. The Raiders were more balanced, although we missed too many inside scoring opportunities. Skylar Counceller scored 6, Stormie Fitch had 6, and Hannah Cole added 5. Maddie Robinson only scored 2, but played one of her best defensive games. The Raiders hustled, hit the deck when needed, and put on a nice press in the final minutes. Unfortunately, not seeing their open teammates and missing layups proved too much to overcome. We finished 6 of 13 from the line.
